Janis McAfee has been practicing in the area of insurance defence work since 1991 and has completed her training as a mediator. Janis' practice focuses on complex personal injury, including transportation, sport and recreation and occupiers' liability claims, and life and disability coverage claims. She is a member of the British Columbia Bar, the Canadian Bar Association and the Medical Legal Society. Janis is a regular contributor to insurance industry publications including the International Insurance Law Review and the Canadian Independent Adjuster and she speaks often at industry seminars. Janis is a leader of the firm's Complex Injury Team.
