Paul Dawson has practiced law since 2001 and his experience includes a wide range of insurance-related litigation, including defending professional and product liability, construction, and personal injury claims; pursuing subrogated actions; and providing opinions on and defending coverage disputes.
In addition to maintaining an active roster of litigation files, Paul also provides specialized legal research support to the firm. Paul is the Chair of the CBABC Legal Research Section. He has presented seminars on the subject, and co-chaired the Advanced Legal Research seminar presented by Continuing Legal Education in December, 2008. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia, teaching legal research in the Faculty of Law.
