Tom Newnham joined Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate in September 2011 after practicing at a litigation boutique law firm in Vancouver, where his practice focused on personal injury defence for large insurers.
Tom's practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, covering a wide variety of matters including complex personal injury, liquor liability, occupier's liability, directors and officers liability, property damage, professional negligence, as well as subrogated claims and coverage matters.
Tom has trial experience in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Tom has acted for clients in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and has appeared on numerous Supreme Court chambers applications.
