Seema joined Dolden Wallace Folick LLP as an associate in May of 2005 from a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver, BC. She is currently associate counsel with the firm.
Seema obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2001. She completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2000 while in her second year of law school and obtained her CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation in 2010. She is a past Member-at-Large and Treasurer of the Young Lawyers Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
Since her call to the bar in 2002, Seema has handled various claims including occupiers' liability, liquor liability, personal injury, professional liability and directors and officers liability. She also has experience addressing various coverage issues related to commercial general liability policies, homeowners policies and automobile policies.
