PROFILE
Peter Dempster joined Dolden Wallace Folick
LLP as an associate in September of 2007 after practicing
commercial litigation in Toronto, Ontario. Peter's practice
focuses exclusively on insurance defence litigation, covering
a wide range of defence and subrogation matters. Peter is
particularly interested in occupiers' liability, liquor liability,
product liability, construction and coverage matters. Peter
is scheduled to complete his Master of Laws in civil litigation
and dispute resolution in the fall of 2008.
