Fayme Hodal joined Dolden Wallace Folick LLP in 2018 and has a broad insurance defence practice. Her focus areas include coverage, construction litigation, property loss, cyber and privacy claims, cannabis, and class actions.
Fayme has appeared before the various levels of courts and tribunals, including both BC Provincial and Supreme Court, as well as the BCHRT and BCLCRB.
Fayme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. In the course of her legal studies, she received the Dean’s Prize for her paper about the funding of class action litigation, and built an access to justice legal expert system; she has also studied law at the William S. Richardson School of Law in Hawai’i and the EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Germany.
