Lindsey von Bloedau

Lindsey von Bloedau joined the firm’s Vancouver office in 2018. Her practice encompasses a broad range of insurance related matters. Lindsey has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Lindsey was called to the bar in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she articled with a leading regional firm and practiced in the area of construction litigation with a leading national firm.

Lindsey received her law degree and Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in transportation and logistics and international business, from the University of British Columbia. In law school, Lindsey was a clinician in UBC Business Law Clinic and gained experience providing legal assistance to societies and small businesses in that capacity.
