Setareh Khasha is a civil litigator and practices in the area of insurance defence. Setareh was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2017 and joined Dolden Wallace Folick as an associate in 2018. Setareh has advocated for numerous clients before British Columbia’s Supreme Court and Provincial Court.
Prior to her practice, Setareh obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia and her law degree from the Thompson Rivers University. While in law school, Setareh competed as an Oralist in the national Wilson Moot competition, and acted as one of the senior editors for the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law
During her downtime, Setareh enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with family and friends.
