Wilson McCutchan

Wilson is an associate in DWF’s Calgary office. He has practiced civil litigation in Calgary since his call to the bar in 2010. He has significant courtroom experience and has appeared before all levels of courts in Alberta as well as various administrative tribunals.

Wilson acquired experience working for insurers on professional liability matters while an associate at the Calgary office of a national firm. He also has experience in respect of construction litigation and employment law. Since joining DWF, Wilson has used his expertise and experience to build a practice in liquor and host liability.

Wilson is consistently mindful of the various tolls litigation can impose and aims always to efficiently resolve disputes, seeking informal solutions where possible but obtaining court-ordered relief when necessary.
