Michael Libby, a partner at Dolden Wallace Folick LLP, has extensive experience as a litigator, and represents insurers in the defence of liability claims and in the prosecution of subrogated actions. He has appeared before all levels of Court in British Columbia as well as the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and numerous administrative tribunals. Michael is a regular guest instructor for the litigation component of B.C.'s Professional Legal Training Course, and is the co-author of a textbook on motor vehicle law in British Columbia.
