Kathleen Duffield is Associate Counsel with Dolden Wallace Folick LLP. She is a member of the Medical Legal Society of British Columbia, and the Insurance and Civil Litigation sections of the Canadian Bar Association. She has practiced in the area of insurance defence since being called to the bar in 1995 and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. Her focus is within the range of practice areas giving rise to catastrophic or complex bodily injury claims, including those involving infants or wrongful death. Kathleen is a leader of the firm's Complex Injury Team.
