Balraj Sihota
Prior to joining Dolden Wallace Folick LLP, Balraj qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in April 2010 and practiced civil/commercial litigation on qualification with a boutique west end London firm.
Balraj worked at Kennedys Law LLP in 2013 in their Healthcare team managing a caseload of medical malpractice claims for both public (NHS Resolution) and private health insurers (MPLC, CNA Hardy, Spire Healthcare & Allied World Assurance Company).
Balraj qualified as a Lawyer in the province of Ontario in June 2020.
Balraj has diverse insurance litigation practice including low value/minor injury to high value/catastrophic injury.

Amputation claims arising from failure to promptly diagnose and treat vascular occlusions;
Loss of urinary/bowel function arising from delay in treatment of incomplete cauda equina syndrome;
Paraplegia/tetraplegia following compromise of the spinal nerves at surgery;
Adult brain injury resulting in PVS due to failure to maintain adequate intracranial perfusion during surgery;
Child cerebral palsy claims arising from oxygen starvation at birth secondary to delayed delivery.
