Ouran joins the Vancouver office of Dolden Wallace Folick as an articling student after successfully obtaining a Certificate of Qualification from the FLSC’s National Committee on Accreditation in 2020.
While attending law school at Bond University, Ouran was a member of the team that competed and received the Runner Up award in the Grand Finals of the largest domestic mooting competition in Australia (Michael Kirby Contract Law Moot).
Ouran has previously worked as a senior litigation clerk at a prominent plaintiff law firm and at a top 10 ranked insurance defence firm in Ontario. He has worked in all aspects of the litigation process in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, occupiers’ liability, negligence, disability insurance, travel insurance, and municipal claims. He was also a Committee Member with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and a volunteer at the Robina Community Centre’s legal aid clinic.
Ouran looks forward to working with the lawyers, articling students, and staff at Dolden Wallace Folick and is excited to bring creative solutions and positive energy to the Vancouver office.
